2. Cafe De Lipa
Lipa is known for Kapeng Barako, and Cafe de Lipa is the best place to get a good cup of it if you visit the city. From November to February, the breeze in Lipa gets pretty cool, so it’s a great place to drive to if you want to breathe in some cold and fresh Provinsya air.
